What's Going On With This Forum? Is it Safe?

The Idea is to create a Facebook / YouTube Feed Just for us without the Information being collected by them. This forum was built by Kre8sion and his company KreativeSign (pays for the servers). Spiders and Bots disables on a board level so not even admins or strays can use them to collect info and keep out scrappers and anonymous bots. By disabling them, this forum cannot be found by search engines, leaving non-Ark users from randomly finding it. Any questions / ideas much appreciated.
